Colin Jowell joins the Board of Collaborative Professionals NSW

We’re proud to share that BillWill founder Colin Jowell has been appointed to the Board of Collaborative Professionals NSW (CPNSW), the peak body supporting the growth of Collaborative Practice across the state.

Collaborative Practice is an alternative dispute-resolution model designed to help separating couples reach agreements with dignity, transparency and respect. Instead of “winning” or escalating conflict, Collaborative Practice brings together collaboratively trained lawyers and a neutral professional — often a financial neutral or communication coach — to guide both parties through a calmer, more constructive process. The aim is to preserve relationships, reduce stress and create outcomes that feel fair and sustainable for everyone involved.

Colin’s work at BillWill fits naturally into this mission. BillWill helps families organise the practical, financial and administrative details that matter most during life’s biggest transitions. Whether it’s preparing a clear Letter of Wishes, streamlining estate administration with our Concierge service, or simply reducing the mental load for loved ones, BillWill supports families at moments where clarity, compassion and good process make all the difference.

As a board member, Colin will contribute his experience in behavioural science, conflict reduction and client-centred service design to help CPNSW strengthen the profession and expand access to collaborative pathways. It’s work that aligns closely with our belief that better planning — and better conversations — create calmer, kinder outcomes for families.

We’re looking forward to supporting this next chapter and the positive change it will bring.
